Hello everyone,

I’m really excited (and a little nervous!) to share something special with you all.. The Off-Duty Bakehouse.

Baking has always been something I’ve loved as a hobby. I started doing it more during lockdown, and after surgery in January 2024, when I wasn’t able to be as mobile as usual, baking became a way to keep my mind busy and focused.

Since then, I’ve often baked for university and for night shifts, and so many people encouraged me to turn it into something more so here we are!

As I’m balancing full-time work alongside university, I’m not taking orders as of yet. While I get established, I’ll be sharing what’s available as I bake.

Eventually, i would love to grow this into an official business with a little bake shed and honesty box where people can pick up homemade treats whenever they pass by.
